Directors,

B&O registrations are due this Thursday at the winter meeting.  Please make sure to have both the check and signed invoice (I only need 1 copy).  For those who registered before the fee glitch was fixed – you should have received an additional invoice on District 1 letterhead for $25/ensemble.  I do have a few on my desk that will be logged in today.  Some have the updated fee, some do not.  If you did not get the invoice in the mail, I will be giving those owing the additional $25 an invoice at the meeting.  Again, I’m sorry for the hassle this has caused and hopefully your admin/boosters are understanding.

If you are still mailing your registration in this week, it must be postmarked by Thursday.

Directors,

Does anyone have the ability to send me a first clarinet and tenor saxophone part to Shenandoah by Ticheli? I’d like to read it with my group tomorrow. Thanks alot!

For those that registered for B&O online before yesterday afternoon –

I did not delete the old fees before putting in the new fees, so you all have invoices for $100 per event.  I have since fixed the problem.

I will send each group whose invoices show $100 per event a $25/ensemble invoice with a letter attached explaining the anomaly and an apology for the inconvenience.  Charles Bullard and I both agree this is the easiest way to handle it – once invoices are generated, you can’t change them.  Deleting and starting over would create even more of a mess.

All registrations are still due at the winter meeting; however, if you registered before yesterday and get the old invoice in on time, you’ll be considered “on time”.  The additional $25/ensemble will just need to be done in a timely manner.

I’m really sorry about this mistake on my end!!  I understand also if your administrators have trouble understanding the additional costs not being known up front.  If that’s the case, please let me know.  You will not be penalized (unless the original registration isn’t in on time).
